Male Ndis Support Worker

Support Worker (Male) – NDIS | Part-Time to Full-Time Opportunity

We are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate Male Support Worker to join our team. This role will begin with part-time hours and transition into a full-time position over time. (Sub Contractor Position)

Position Details:

• Initial Schedule: Mondays and Tuesdays, 5 hours per day
• Progression: Gradual increase to Monday–Friday, up to 8 hours per day

About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals under the NDIS. Your role will involve supporting clients to achieve their daily living goals, maintain independence, and participate in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities (personal care, meal preparation, household tasks)
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Support community access and social participation
• Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate records
• Ensure a safe and respectful environment at all times

Essential Requirements:

• Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC)
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Valid driver’s licence
• Reliable, insured vehicle

• Male support worker (client preference)
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
