The Raffles Management Associate Programme (MAP) is a 24-month programme aimed at grooming tertiary students with good academic qualifications and demonstrated leadership qualities for a challenging and fulfilling career with the Group.
Our Management Associates (MAs) will have the opportunity to experience different functions of our group through curated job attachments and rotations. You can also choose to specialise in career pathways such as clinical or management, growing your careers in Nursing, Allied Health or along the Management track.
