The Academic Coordinator will work closely with the administrative team to ensure the smooth functioning of the institute's academic operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
• Patience and the ability to handle inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate CRM software.
