About the Role
You will lead a skilled and motivated oral health team made up of top professionals in their field, while collaborating closely with other supportive Dental Managers to service the greater Waikato Region.
Your team will be based at fixed and mobile dental clinics, servicing Western Waikato, Frankton and surrounds This is a pivotal role in our service and requires the highest level of professionalism, sensitivity, and respect.
We are a dedicated and driven team, so youll need to be ready to work hard to reach our goals. In return, you will lead a diverse, positive team committed to supporting our community and helping our young people stay healthy.

About you
Required skills & experience:
- Knowledge and understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
- Experience in a leadership role, managing a team of ten or more people.
- Experience with budget management and knowledge of integrated service delivery.
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated capability to lead, influence, and confidently challenge when needed.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate complex matters with clarity and deliver appropriate, solutionsfocused recommendations.
Previous experience managing a dental or medical practice is desirable but not essential.
