GEAESS is our largest site for engine component Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO), responsible for more than 60% of our global repair volume.
Role Overview:
Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules. Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimize inventory and process improvements.
Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy. May include support roles with specialized technical field of knowledge; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.
Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgement within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills and may be required to lead a junior team.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a degree-qualified production planning professional with 5–6 years’ manufacturing shop floor experience, skilled in master planning, scheduling, and inventory optimization. They are analytical, a quick learner, and a strong communicator who can lead a small team, work well across functions, and use sound judgement to resolve issues.
Required Qualifications
This role requires 5-6 years of experience in Production Planning. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
