We’re on the lookout for a hands-on, solutions-focused Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our factory running smoothly — tackling equipment breakdowns, carrying out maintenance, and driving improvements that enhance reliability across the site.

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns, escalating where needed
• Lead and support initiatives to boost equipment reliability and performance
• Coach and collaborate with operators to build technical capability across the team
• Conduct root cause investigations and help eliminate recurring issues
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards

What You’ll Bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (desirable)
• Ideally experience as a fitter or similar
• 1–3 years’ experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (FMCG preferred)
• Strong understanding of Safety and Quality Management Systems — ideally from food or pharma industries
• A team mindset, problem-solving skills, and a passion for continuous improvement
