Marine Payroll Assistant

Job Requirements:

  • Responsible for processing employee timekeeping and payroll entries.
  • Administers the computation and closing of crew payroll for assigned business units.
  • Prepares and verifies government-mandated and union contribution reports related to crew payroll.
  • Coordinate with Crewing, HR, Accounting, and other departments for payroll adjustments, employee movements, and other related updates.

Job Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of solid experience in Philippine payroll and benefit’s administration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or business-related courses.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and any payroll HR software.
  • Good understanding of Philippine labor laws and payroll compliance.
  • With analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Has good command of the English language, both written and oral.
  • Hybrid work schedule and willing to be assigned in Makati office.

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Work Location: In person
