Market Research & Commercial Strategy Internship (100%)

As we scale our commercial operations in the EMEA region and beyond, we are looking for a highly analytical and driven Market Research & Commercial Strategy Intern. You will work closely with our Business Development and Sales teams to support our customer acquisition efforts by identifying new opportunities, mapping market trends, and providing actionable insights. Your Responsibilities

• Research and map the neuroscience and life sciences landscape across EMEA, identifying organizations, institutions, and opportunities aligned with our commercial objectives
• Identify and profile key opinion leaders (KOLs), researchers, and influencers within target markets
• Explore interconnections across institutions and networks, helping define entry points and strategic priorities within the region
• Generate and prioritize target lead lists for the Business Development team using public databases, directories, and online tools
• Track relevant market trends, new research directions, and technology developments in neuroscience and neuroengineering
• Collaborate with the Business Development and Sales teams to refine prospecting strategy based on commercial feedback
• Summarize findings into crisp, actionable reports and help build internal intelligence assets for go-to-market initiatives

Your profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Strong interest in life sciences, neuroscience, biotech, or pharmaceuticals – no prior lab work required, just curiosity and motivation to learn
• Sharp analytical thinker with a structured approach to problem-solving – you’re comfortable working with complex, ambiguous information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Organized, self-driven, and excited to take ownership of a project with real strategic relevance
• Comfortable navigating tools such as LinkedIn, Google Scholar, PubMed, Crunchbase, and spreadsheets to conduct structured research
• Interested in a future career in strategy, consulting, or tech-commercialization, and looking to gain hands-on exposure to commercial topics in a high-growth scientific environment
• Previous experience in market research, consulting-style projects, or startup environments is a plus, but not required
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to contribute in a dynamic, international commercial team
