Market Strategy Manager, Sea

About this Position

What you´ll do

• Develop and execute regional market strategy in collaboration with the business units and country marketing teams
• Develop and execute GTM and market positioning strategies in collaboration with the business units and country marketing teams
• Steers cross-strategic business units' transformational initiative
• Oversees market intelligence and uses insights to drive business decisions
• Develop and own addressable market sizing and forecasting models
• Provide input to innovation agenda with business units
• Develop business cases and models at the business and regional level
• Drives communication and interaction with business leaders, sales leaders, country marketing teams and any other relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Manages resources as needed and ensures regional and local execution of initiatives
• Work closely with country marketing teams to develop and drive local market strategies
• Responsible for budget steering of market strategy and market intelligence budget

What makes you a good fit

• Minimum Degree in Business/Marketing or any related field
• Minimum 7-year related experience in Market Strategy and Business Development
• Experienced developing Go-To-Market strategies and leading regional business transformation initiatives
• Strategic thinking and a team player, strong communication and influencing skills
• Strong inclination towards digital tools, innovation, and emerging business models
