About the role

• Stratecore Consultants is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with our company's objectives and drive demand for our services.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote and enhance the Stratecore brand
• Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and use the findings to inform marketing strategies
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to increase brand awareness and drive business growth
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and events
• Oversee the production of marketing materials such as brochures, website content, and social media posts
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments to ensure maximum impact and ROI
• Manage the company's social media presence and engage with followers to increase brand visibility and promote our services
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective lead generation and nurturing strategies
• Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a consulting or professional services firm
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaign management and generating business growth
• Strong understanding of marketing tactics, including digital marketing, event planning, and content marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and data to inform decision making
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Experience with budget management and ROI analysis
• Proficiency in marketing software, such as HubSpot or Marketo, and social media management tools
• Passion for creativity and innovation, with a strong eye for detail
