We are now looking for a creative marketing professional to temporarily cover the role of our Marketing & Content Project Manager, during parental leave, ensuring continuity in brand presence and content initiatives across all markets.


The role

As our Marketing & Content Project Manager, you will play a central role in shaping and executing Probi’s strategic direction across content, product marketing, and brand activities. You will lead the planning, creation, and execution of engaging content that drives results, strengthens Probi’s brand, and supports both our B2B focus globally and selected B2C initiatives in the Nordics.

In this cross-functional role, you will collaborate closely with teams across functions and regions, with emphasis on digital channels and measurable impact. You will manage and coordinate product development initiatives and go-to-market plans, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with overall business objectives.

Additionally, you will lead one direct report—a talented graphic designer—who will support you in bringing the content and marketing strategy to life through high-quality creative execution.

This is a temporary 1-year position, based in Lund, with the possibility of hybrid work.


Key responsibilities

  • Lead, plan, and manage high-quality marketing content across global communication channels, including websites, social media, newsletters, presentations, printed materials, and PR materials. Content production can be done in-house or by external agencies.
  • Drive content production for product launches, campaigns, and sales initiatives, ensuring strong commercial relevance.
  • Leverage on data driven insights to optimize performance, both operationally and in collaboration with external agencies. Monitor performance across channels and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to continuously improve content effectiveness and engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on the creation of marketing and promotional assets.
  • Lead cross-functional marketing projects connected to Probi’s nine key health areas, ensuring progress, alignment, and timely delivery across the project lifecycle.
  • Implement and maintain brand strategy and brand book across all content initiatives. Ensure visually compelling and brand-consistent multimedia content—including graphics, videos, and infographics—and uphold Probi’s tone of voice.
  • Support regional marketing managers in creating and/or ordering marketing content for local needs.
  • Manage Probi’s LinkedIn presence. Manage the global website probi.com with support from our web agency and oversee SEO and SEM activities driven by external partner.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years in content creation, management, or content marketing, with experience in a leadership role considered a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills in English.
  • Experience in leveraging data-driven insights to optimize marketing and sales performance, both operationally and in collaboration with external agencies.
  • Some experience with graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite), video editing, and AI tools is a plus.
  • A hands-on problem solver who applies creativity and initiative to deliver measurable results.
  • Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
