Key Responsibilities / Duties
- Develop an in-depth understanding of trade dynamics between Hong Kong and Canada, including key traded commodities, trends in trade volumes, and the logistics needs of different industries, in order to support the development of targeted marketing and promotional strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive market research on logistics companies offering Hong Kong–Canada and Canada–Hong Kong dedicated lane services, analyzing their service strengths, pricing strategies, market share, and customer feedback. Identify the company’s competitive advantages and differentiation points to highlight in marketing initiatives.
- Regularly evaluate and analyze the performance of various marketing channels. Adjust promotional strategies and resource allocation based on data insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and improve marketing return on investment (ROI).
- Collect potential customer information through multiple channels, including marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and website traffic analysis. Establish and maintain a lead database, and carry out effective follow-up and lead nurturing to convert prospects into actual customers.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding dedicated lane services during marketing and promotional activities. Provide accurate advice and solutions to enhance the company’s service image and offer strong support to the sales team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of logistics & e-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and email marketing tools.
- Experience with Facebook Advertising and social media management.
- Strong research skills to identify market opportunities and customer insights.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams effectively. This position is ideal for a proactive individual passionate about digital marketing trends who thrives in a creative environment focused on growth and innovation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,500.00-$70,214.22 per year
