About the Role

This is a hands-on, execution-focused marketing role.

You will work closely with senior marketing leadership to bring plans to life. The role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who wants practical experience in a fast-paced, multi-location business.

You will be involved in day-to-day marketing delivery across stores, digital channels and campaigns, with increasing responsibility as the business grows.

This is an office-based role in Kilkenny, with regular travel to stores for launches, content capture and local activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute agreed marketing campaigns across digital, in-store and local channels
• Support store launches, including on-the-ground activation, content and coordination
• Assist with content creation for social, email and website updates
• Coordinate with external designers, printers and content partners
• Support paid campaign setup and performance tracking
• Help manage marketing calendars, tasks and deadlines
• Attend store locations for launches, shoots and local marketing activity
• Track campaign outputs and support reporting

This role is about consistent, high-quality execution, not strategy ownership.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role
• Strong written communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms including Instagram and Meta
• Comfortable using tools such as Canva and Google Workspace and Trello
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Full clean driving licence and access to a car
• Ability to work from the Kilkenny office on a full-time basis

Nice to Have

• Experience in food, retail or hospitality
• Exposure to paid social advertising
• Content capture or basic photography experience
• Experience supporting store or event launches
