Position context

You’ll join Campari Italy’s Marketing team and work side by side with Sr Brand Managers responsible for our core Aperitifs portfolio who’ll be your daily mentor.
Your missions:
- Support the execution of 360° marketing plans (ATL, BTL, digital, events… the full mix).
- Analyze brand performance and profitability to understand what truly works.
- Contribute to strategy development and special projects.
- Coordinate digital and communication activities to boost the visibility of our portfolio.
- Manage day to day tasks that show you how a top tier marketing team really operates.
- You’re not a spectator, your work impacts real projects.
- You’ll build skills that matter: analytics, project management, digital marketing, problem solving.
- You’ll work in an international, fast paced environment.
What You’ll Learn
- How to read data and turn it into decisions.

Required Skills:
- A Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Management or similar.
- Fluency in Italian and excellent English.
- A collaborative mindset and proactive attitude.
- Curious and able to implement learnings from today, in tomorrow’s work
- A juggler, able to balance multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines (i.e. yesterday)
- Genuine passion for the Spirits world and for marketing that moves culture
- Strong analytical skills and good command of Office tools.
