Job Summary

Abli Cebu is looking for a Podcast Marketing Intern to help build and spearhead the company’s podcast initiatives from the ground up. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, proactive, adaptable, and excited about building something from scratch.

This is a highly hands-on and creative role for someone interested in content, storytelling, production, branding, and media. Since the podcast division is still in its early stages, the intern will be expected to take initiative, wear multiple hats, and help shape the overall direction, workflow, and execution of the podcast program.

This is a paid internship with potential growth opportunities within the organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesPodcast Development & Creative Direction

• Brainstorm and develop podcast concepts, themes, segments, and episode ideas
• Help shape the tone, direction, and branding of podcast content
• Research relevant topics, guests, trends, and industry conversations
• Assist in building long-term podcast strategy and content pipelines

Podcast Production

• Coordinate and manage podcast recording schedules
• Assist in setting up recording equipment and production workflows
• Help facilitate podcast shoots and recording sessions
• Organize production files, assets, and documentation

Editing & Post-Production

• Edit podcast audio and video content
• Create short-form clips and promotional content for social media
• Assist in writing captions, titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and upload materials
• Ensure timely publishing and organization of podcast episodes

Social Media & Marketing Support

• Help promote podcast episodes across social media platforms
• Develop creative promotional ideas and audience engagement strategies
• Coordinate with the Marketing Team for graphics, campaigns, events, or collaborative initiatives
• Assist in analytics tracking and performance reviews

Operations & Administrative Support

• Coordinate with guests, collaborators, and internal team members
• Maintain content calendars and production schedules
• Handle miscellaneous production and coordination tasks related to podcast operations

Expectations for the Role

Because this is currently a developing initiative within the company, the intern is expected to take ownership and initiative in helping establish systems and workflows for the podcast program.This role may involve wearing multiple hats including:

• Creative planning
• Production coordination
• Editing
• Content strategy
• Talent coordination
• Social media support
• Administrative work
• On-ground operational support during shoots/events

The intern may coordinate with other members of the marketing and operations team for support as needed.Qualifications

• Strong interest in podcasts, storytelling, media, content creation, or digital marketing
• Comfortable being proactive and working independently
• Creative thinker with strong organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of content editing tools is preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willing to learn and adapt quickly
• Bonus if familiar with:
• Video editing
• Audio editing
• Canva
• CapCut
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Social media management
• Content strategy

• Position: Podcast Marketing Intern

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid / On-ground depending on production needs
• Schedule: Based on operational and recording schedules
• Duration: 5-month contract
• Potential Opportunity for Full-Time Employment Based on Performance

Pay: Php6,000.00 - Php8,000.00 per month
