Marketing Intern (Social Media & Community)

Silverback Aircon is one of Singapore’s fastest-growing air-conditioning companies, known for innovative services and transparent customer care. We are now evolving beyond traditional aircon servicing into business process innovation, where we explore new marketing channels, sales systems, and outsourcing models to make operations more efficient.

We are seeking a Marketing Intern focused on community engagement and online outreach. You will help build the company’s presence across platforms such as Reddit, HardwareZone, and other niche forums.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in forums, discussions, and community spaces

• Create and schedule posts, replies, and engagement content

• Assist in shaping brand voice across online communities

• Monitor threads and identify conversation opportunities

• Support general marketing tasks when needed

Requirements

• Strong written English and online communication skills

• Familiarity with Reddit/HWZ culture an advantage

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and organised

• Comfortable working independently and in-office
