You’ll work closely with teams across Berry Street Yooralla to plan and deliver integrated marketing activity that lifts awareness, engagement and impact. It’s a hands-on role with lots of variety, supportive colleagues and the flexibility to balance work and life.

What you’ll be doing

  • Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive real results.

  • Manage social media channels and paid activity.
  • Write and produce marketing collateral that’s clear, purposeful and brand-aligned.
  • Support events and collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Use analytics to understand what works and continually improve.

What you’ll bring

You’re a creative and strategic marketer who thrives on delivering results and making an impact. You enjoy working collaboratively and can juggle multiple priorities with ease.

You will bring:

  • Bachelor qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills.
  • Confidence using digital tools, CMS, email systems and social platforms.
  • An eye for detail, a creative spark and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • The ability to juggle competing priorities with calmness and care.
  • A collaborative approach — we work best when we work together.

What we offer you

  • $15,900 salary packaging + additional meal and accommodation benefits.
  • Hybrid work, a mix of home and our CBD office.
  • An Employee Assistance Program for you and your family.
  • A genuinely inclusive environment where lived experience is valued.

How to apply

Apply with your resume and a brief cover letter, or send a short video or audio recording if that’s easier for you. Even if you don't meet all the requirements, we’d still love to hear from you.

We welcome applicants with lived experience of disability and will provide any adjustments needed throughout the process.

Applications will close Sunday 11 Jan 2026 - however, applications will be reviewed upon receipt.
