Marketing Manager

ThinkingHat Studios AB is a Swedish market leader in Online Membership Management systems. We cater to the NGO, non-profit and companies of many sizes.

Our platform, Memlist, is the flagship product which we are looking to expand into the Norwegian market.

Memlist can be described with the following features:

• Online Member login portal to manage memberships within organisations.
• Payment platform for all the major payment solutions.
• Communications and Newsletters, sending millions of emails per year.
• Lots of built in features for organisations to lighten the administrative burden.

The role

We are looking for a market representative or manager to lead the Norwegian launch of Memlist. All from handling the legal and communicating with entities within Norway, to reporting back to our head office on the progress and challanges faced.

Your responsibilities

• Present a roadmap on how to launch to Norway, registering domains, offices, legal entities, etc.
• Keep meetings scheduled with the main office to present the ongoing work.
• Being proactive and analyzing the Norwegian market on which payment solutions, integrations and other tools are needed to meet the demands of the organisations.
• Independently securing contracts and customers within Norway.

Qualifications

• Multiple years in sales.
• Knowledge of the NGO sector in Norway.
• Experience with product ownership or marketing of similar products.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English.

Salary and benefits

We are flexible in determining the salary and we would like you to consider which type of salary payout you are most comfortable with.
