Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive restaurant traffic, grow brand awareness, and expand our catering business. This role requires a creative, data-driven professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for food, culture, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Strategy

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for the restaurant and catering services
• Strengthen brand identity highlighting Filipino cuisine, culture, and hospitality
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms

Digital Marketing

• Manage social media accounts (content planning, posting, engagement, analytics)
• Oversee website content, promotions, and online ordering/catering inquiries
• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (social media ads, Google, local platforms)

Catering & Sales Support

• Create targeted marketing campaigns to grow catering sales
• Develop promotional materials for catering packages and seasonal offerings
• Collaborate with operations to support lead generation and client follow-ups

Content & Promotions

• Plan promotions, events, and special menu launches
• Coordinate food photography, video content, and storytelling
• Work with influencers, food bloggers, and local partners

Community & Events

• Represent the brand at community events, festivals, and food expos
• Build partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and venues
• Support in-store events and themed nights

Analytics & Reporting

• Track campaign performance and ROI
• Analyze customer insights, trends, and feedback
• Provide regular performance reports and recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 3–5 years of marketing experience (restaurant, food & beverage, or hospitality preferred)
• Strong understanding of digital and social media marketing
• Experience with catering, events, or B2B marketing is a plus
• Excellent communication, project management, and creative skills

Preferred Skills

• Passion for Filipino cuisine and culture
• Graphic design or basic video editing skills
• Experience with email marketing, CRM, and POS-integrated promotions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
