I. BROAD FUNCTIONS
Responsible for developing and executing the company’s overall marketing strategy to strengthen brand positioning, generate qualified leads, and support revenue growth. This role oversees both digital and traditional marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and sales targets.
II. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
· Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy aligned with company growth targets.
· Identify target industries, buyer personas, and competitive positioning.
· Prepare annual marketing plans and budgets.
· Set measurable KPIs and track marketing performance.
2. Brand Management
· Strengthen and maintain consistent brand identity across all channels.
· Oversee corporate messaging, value propositions, and market positioning.
· Ensure consistent branding in proposals, presentations, website, and marketing materials.
· Manage public relations and industry presence.
3. Lead Generation & Sales Support
· Design campaigns to generate qualified B2B leads.
· Collaborate closely with Sales to align marketing efforts with pipeline goals.
· Develop marketing materials (brochures, case studies, whitepapers, pitch decks).
· Support product/service launches and promotional initiatives.
4. Digital & Content Marketing
· Oversee website management and SEO strategy.
· Manage social media presence and online engagement.
· Supervise paid advertising campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta).
· Lead content development such as blogs, case studies, technical articles, and email campaigns.
5. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
· Conduct industry research and competitor benchmarking.
· Identify new market opportunities and emerging IT trends.
· Analyze customer insights to refine marketing strategies.
6. Events & Partnerships
· Plan and manage webinars, tech forums, and industry events.
· Build strategic partnerships with technology vendors and communities.
· Represent the company at industry gatherings and trade events.
7. Team & Budget Management
· Lead and develop the marketing team.
· Manage external vendors, designers, and agencies.
· Monitor and control marketing budget and ROI.
· Prepare performance reports for management.
III. QUALIFICATIONS
· Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
· At least 5 years of marketing management experience, preferably in IT, or technology solutions.
· Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems.
· Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
· Must have the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities.
· Must possess strong analytical skills to interpret data, measure performance, and make informed marketing decisions.
· Must have the ability to lead, motivate, and manage a marketing team to achieve company objectives.
· Must be capable of planning, coordinating, and delivering multiple marketing initiatives on time and within budget.
· Must demonstrate the ability to communicate and present ideas clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders.
· Must have working knowledge of B2B enterprise sales processes to effectively align marketing efforts with business growth.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
