What you’ll be doing

We’re looking for someone who can confidently plan, deliver and optimise engagement and retention campaigns, including:

  • Designing and delivering onboarding, activation and lifecycle campaigns tailored to member and employer segments
  • Developing and executing targeted retention initiatives, particularly for at‑risk segments
  • Supporting major service change communications to help members and employers understand and navigate change
  • Creating compelling marketing content across channels, using a mix of original writing and AI‑enabled tools
  • Collaborating closely with Product, Digital, Data, Service and Growth teams to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Tracking campaign performance, reporting on KPIs and using insights to optimise future activity
About you

We’re looking for someone who brings fresh thinking to member engagement and retention and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast‑moving environment.

You’ll likely bring:
  • Experience in superannuation (industry or retail), or from wealth management, financial services or a related sector
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing, with a strong focus on existing member engagement and retention
  • A proven track record delivering campaigns that drive action, satisfaction and loyalty
  • Strong writing skills, including confidence using AI generative tools (prompting, editing and judgement)
  • A data‑driven mindset with experience analysing campaign performance and making optimisation recommendations
  • Excellent stakeholder management, project management and organisational skills
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach and a “progress over perfection” mindset
