As our Marketing Manager, you’ll:

• Command the global marketing strategy, owning campaigns, messaging, and adoption across multiple regions

• Inspire and guide Regional Marketing Specialists, making every local campaign feel strategic and world-class

• Turn insights into action, translating customer data, market trends, and field feedback into campaigns that drive adoption and revenue

• Maximise impact across channels, using digital, events, partnerships, and analytics to optimise ROI and brand influence

• Influence cross-functional outcomes, collaborating with Product, Sales, and Gallagher’s global marketing teams to align strategy, brand, and commercial priorities

• Set eShepherd apart globally, building strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and industry credibility that reinforce our leadership position

Who You Are

You thrive at the intersection of strategy, execution, and influence. You have a proven track record building marketing strategies that deliver measurable growth, and the confidence to lead without direct authority across multiple regions.

You’ll catch our eye if you:

• Have 10+ years in marketing – ideally driving impact across global or multi-market campaigns

• Are a digital powerhouse, fluent in CRM, automation, multi-channel campaigns, and analytics

• Bring commercial smarts, managing budgets, agencies, and campaigns that deliver measurable ROI

• Combine strategic vision with creative flair, building campaigns that resonate with both farmers and commercial audiences

• Thrive on collaboration at scale, influencing teams across regions, time zones, and functions

Nice to haves:

• Experience in agritech, hardware, Saas or IoT

• Skilled in events, industry activations, and building market presence

• Track record of scaling marketing across multiple regions
