Marketing Project Manager

Location: Hartford, CT or Princeton, NJ (2-days in office)
Job Type: W2 Hourly Contract through December 2025 (potential to extend/convert based on performance)
Compensation Range: $45-50/hr

On behalf of our speciality insurance client, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee marketing and creative project workflows across multiple business units.

Responsibilities:

• Manage creative projects from concept through production.
• Resource and traffic creative jobs.
• Interface with external agency partners.
• Utilize project management systems to track timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and report on potential issues.
• Lead process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate across business units and external vendors.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in agency or creative project management.
• Demonstrable understanding of creative production processes.
• Proficiency in project management software (currently using Wrike).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in complex, matrix organizational environments.
• Familiarity with insurance or financial services industry a plus.
