Master Data Analyst (Procurement)

Responsibilities:

• Perform master data additions, changes and deletions in SAP-S/4 Hana system in compliance with Master Data Governance processes & standards.
• Perform vendor master data related blocked invoice resolution.
• Handle customer’ and suppliers’ inquiries on master data processes and business requirements.
• Participate and contribute to daily/regular meetings.
• Process documentations and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent
• With 2 years of professional experience in master data in Shared Service/International industries. Preferably with background in Chemical Manufacturing or other related areas- Marketing/Sales/Customer Service.
• Must have experience executing master data activities in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) system, SAP-S/4 Hana, and Ariba SLP.
• With good communication skills both in speaking and writing.
• Engagement: Contract/project-based engagement; 8 months initial duration but subject for extension.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday. Night Shift.
• Work Set-up: Hybrid (2x onsite and 3x work-from-home a week)
• Location: BGC, Taguig
• CAN START ASAP

Contract length: 8 months

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month

• Evening shift
• Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
