Role and Responsibilities: As a BMW Master Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing complex diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on BMW vehicles to the highest standards.
  • Using advanced diagnostic tools and technology to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Mentoring and training junior technicians to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensuring all work is carried out efficiently, maintaining BMW’s reputation for quality and performance.
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest BMW technologies and service techniques.
  • Delivering excellent customer service by providing clear and professional communication regarding repairs and services.

Skills and Experience: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • BMW Master Technician qualification (or equivalent).
  • Extensive experience with BMW diagnostics, repair, and maintenance.
  • A passion for high-performance vehicles and a commitment to excellence.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to customers in a clear and friendly manner.
  • A full, clean driving license.
