Material Handler/Forklift/Reach Operator (Day Shift)

Overview

Daybar Industries Limited is currently seeking experienced Material Handlers to join our growing team in Brampton, Ontario.

Daybar is in search of an energetic person with excellent customer service skills and a high attention to detail and accuracy to fulfill this key role.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Movement, protection, storage and control of materials and products throughout manufacturing
• Servicing internal customers to support Production Operations
• Picking and packing items into stock locations
• Meet schedules for the timely movement of materials

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will:

• Be certified on lift trucks including stand up electric forklift, stand up electric reach truck for indoor use as well as propane counterbalance forklifts
• Experience in material handling, including duties on and off the forklift
• Experience with stacking pallets, loading/unloading trucks, order picking
• Ability to lift up to 60lbs
