Material Planner – Supply Chain

Professional Galaxy is looking for a Material Planner to join our Supply Chain team within production. You will collaborate closely with Project, Production, and Procurement teams to ensure efficient material availability and support increasing production volumes.

The role also focuses on improving material planning processes to reduce lead times, optimize costs, and increase operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and follow up on material needs for new and ongoing projects

• Optimize material planning parameters to balance service level and cost

• Ensure materials are available at the right time and place

• Identify obsolete or expired materials for scrapping

• Collaborate with planning and purchasing to improve material flow

• Follow up on supplier performance and escalate delivery issues

• Drive improvements and digitalization of workflows in IFS

Who you are

You are structured, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. You communicate well, collaborate easily with others, and have a strong interest in logistics and process improvement.

We believe you have

• 3–7 years of experience in material planning, logistics, or supply chain

• Experience working with ERP systems; IFS experience is an advantage

• Strong organizational and communication skills
