Materials Coordinator - Mabalacat, Pampanga

Job Specifications / Duties:

1. Prepares material issuance quantity for VFPI to specified cut-off dates.
2. Responsible for control of issued production stocks. This is to ensure that in cases of stock shortage, it will be replenished on time and prevent urgent requests to Warehouse. In cases of excess production stocks, to regulate quantity on next issuance and prevent overstock.
3. Maintains a reliable database system for issuance and consumption reports in Excel and Oracle.
4. Ensure that all RM/PM and consumables issuances made properly documented. All required documents are prepare on time.
5. With coordination to warehouse group, ensures that the requirement for the whole week's production is physically available at Warehouse. Any noted shortages shall be reported immediately to the materials planner.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related course
• Knowledge in Food Safety, GMP, 5S, SSOP, ISO, and HACCP principles is an advantage
• With at least 3 years of related work experience preferably in a manufacturing set-up
• With background in SAP / ERP / Oracle
• Must be willing to be assigned in Mabalacat, Pampanga (on-site)
