Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations in a fast-paced casual dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for food service, ensuring that our restaurant delivers an exceptional experiences. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing daily operations, staff training, and maintaining high standards in food preparation and service.

Duties

• Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
• Oversee food preparation processes to ensure quality and consistency in menu offerings.
• Implement shift management strategies to optimize staff performance and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate catering services for events, enhancing the restaurant's reputation within the community.
• Train, mentor, and develop staff to foster a positive work environment and promote career growth.
• Maintain kitchen management practices that prioritize cleanliness, organization, and efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a General Manager role or similar position within the restaurant or hotel industry.
• Strong knowledge of food service operations, including food preparation techniques and kitchen management.
• Experience with shift management in a fast dining setting is preferred.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and vendors.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• A passion for providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,986.90 - $57,790.68 per year
