- Structural/Mechanical design of mechanical systems/subsystems
- Checking drawings developed by Designer
- Performing hand calculations and Finite Element Analysis
- Documenting calculations for future reference
Preferred Education / Experience:
- Must be currently enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering program at an accredited college or university
Preferred Knowledge / Ability:
- Knowledge of Engineering Statics and Dynamics
- CAD Modeling
- Experience with Finite Element Analysis would be a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must be motivated and have a strong desire to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in team environment
- Please note that there is no relocation or housing assistance associated with this internship.
