Medical Aesthetician/Laser Technician

Overview
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic person to join our clinic with a minimum of 1 YEAR of experience as a medical aesthetician or laser technician.

We provide advanced aesthetics treatments for many different concerns with a focus on acne, severe melasma, complicated rosacea, sun damage, etc. Our technologies include Fotona Ndyag/ErYag laser, Potenza RF, Picosure Pro, PRP/PRF, Microneedling, and medical rejuvenation facials.

Responsibilities:

Welcoming each Client and ensure total Client satisfaction.

Conduct IN-DEPTH CONSULTATIONS and offer recommendations for treatment plans.

Perform various NdYAg AND ErYAg LASER TREATMENTS, PICOLASER TREATMENTS, FACIALS, MICRONEEDLING, CHEMICAL PEELS, RF MICRONEEDLING treatments.

Sanitize and prepare treatment areas before and after each session to ensure cleanliness and safety.

Advise clients with proper pre & post care instructions for treatments

Maintain good customer relationship, offering the highest level of patient experience

Enthusiastic about building new client relationships and focus on retention of clients, and delivering highest level of service

Follow up with clients and maintain customer relation

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history and progress.

Assist in retail sales by promoting products that complement laser treatments.

Assist with the clinic's social media presence to promote the clinic and our services.

Qualifications

• Certification or training in laser technology and/or aesthetics.
• Experience with managing ACNE, ROSACEA, & MELASMA and can critically think and use clinical judgement skills to assess and treat various skin conditions with a deep understanding of skin health.
• Experience in laser hair removal is a MUST.
• Experience in NdYag, and ErYag lasers, Vein removal, Sunspot/Age-spot treatment, RF microneedling, and Pico laser treatments is preferred.
• Experience in treating a WIDE RANGE OF SKIN TONES and textures is PREFERRED.
• Strong background in retail sales is a plus, with the ability to effectively promote products.
• Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a clinic-based setting.
