We’re looking for a Certified Medical Assistant who shares that same passion and loves being part of a team.

What You’ll Do

As a Certified Medical Assistant on our team, you’ll play a vital role in making each child’s visit smooth, safe, and reassuring. You will:

• Welcome patients and families to exam rooms, take vitals, review medical history, and prepare them for their visit.
• Support physicians and nurses to keep patient care flowing efficiently.
• Update and maintain accurate electronic medical records.
• Keep our clinic stocked and ready for care.
• Greet patients, check them in, verify insurance information, and collect necessary documentation.
• Answer telephones, schedule appointments, answer questions and manage messages in a courteous and professional manner.
• Help answer families’ questions with warmth and patience.
• Contribute ideas to continuously enhance the patient experience.

• Comfortable using electronic health records (e.g., eClinicalWorks)

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
