HIRING BILINGUAL MEDICAL ASSISTANT
Medical Office in Orange County (Full-time/Part-time).

This position offers valuable hands-on experience in a medical office, ideal for preparing for Medical, PA, or Nursing school.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and one of the Asian Pacific Islander languages (e.g., Chinese, Vietnamese, etc.)
• Medical office experience
• Computer savvy with excellent skills in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, data entry, and typing (REQUIRED)
• Experience in a medical office setting (front/back office) is highly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, pay attention to detail, and work independently
• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
• Excellent collaborative skills

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Answering and screening phone calls
• Verifying insurance
• Scanning and uploading documents
• Posting and submitting claims online
• Front office duties: greeting patients, scheduling appointments, handling patient check-ins/check-outs, submitting referrals
• Back office duties: taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, assisting with procedures, handling medical equipment, maintaining patient records
• Other duties as assigned by the office manager or doctor

Salary depends on experience.
