Member Experience Associate

Job Summary

The Member Experience Associate plays a pivotal role in ensuring our members receive exceptional service. This position works as part of a team of our Member Experience Associates in delivering a seamless and welcoming experience for all members. The ideal candidate will be friendly, detail-oriented, and eager to learn from our senior team members while providing essential support in day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier service to members.
• Greet members warmly and offer basic assistance in a professional manner.
• Support the team in responding to member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Help maintain accurate records of member interactions and transactions.
• Provide general information about membership options, programs, and services.
• Assist in maintaining the studio’s impeccable cleanliness and organization.
• Support the team in identifying and addressing member needs.
• Contribute to a positive and engaging studio atmosphere.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a welcoming and service-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn from and support fellow Member Experience Associates.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow established service protocols.
• Basic understanding of phone etiquette and professional communication standards.
• A team-player mentality with a positive attitude.
