We are seeking female Disability Support Workers to support clients in Nerang, Queensland. This request is based on client preference to ensure culturally appropriate and comfortable care.

About You

• Encouraging worker of Pacific Islander background to apply (as requested by client).
• Previous experience in disability or community support roles.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, professional approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities confidently.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid/CPR, and all mandatory certifications.
