Sales Associate Job Description

Job Summary:
The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting shoppers, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant in-store experience. This role supports the store in achieving sales goals by providing product knowledge, maintaining store cleanliness, and handling transactions accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful assistance
• Recommend products based on customer needs
• Ensure shelves are stocked and displays are organized
• Maintain store cleanliness and orderliness
• Process payments accurately using the cash register/POS
• Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally
• Meet daily/weekly sales targets

Qualifications:

• At least High School or Senior High School graduate
• With or without experience (training will be provided)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques is a plus
• Honest, reliable, and willing to learn
• Can work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: Php695.00 per day
