Job Description: The Merchant Services Sales Representative is responsible for onboarding merchants onto our robust payment processing platform. The ideal candidate will leverage their industry expertise, superior sales skills, and customer-focused approach to transition businesses effectively from their current processors to our highly competitive and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect, identify, and close merchant accounts within our provided lead database.
• Effectively present our merchant services solutions, emphasizing unique selling points such as cost savings, enhanced technology, and dedicated customer support.
• Facilitate seamless onboarding, ensuring merchants experience minimal disruption during the transition.
• Maintain consistent communication and provide exceptional customer service throughout the merchant lifecycle.
• Utilize CRM tools for tracking and reporting sales activities.

Qualifications:

• Required 2 years of experience in merchant services/payment processing sales.
• Strong understanding of payment processing technologies, industry standards, and compliance.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and resources efficiently.
• Comfortable with technology, CRM software, and remote working tools.
