Our MIS Analyst is an integral role in the operations of our Manila office. Join us! Job Description: a. Develop and distribute Contact Center reporting.
b. Modify, revise and update scorecards, dashboards, and other reports
c. Responsible for data integrity, accuracy of all reporting requirements.
d. Works with Workforce leaders, Senior Site managers and Sales leaders to create or modify current reporting.
e. Analyzes data to ensure integrity and structures data to help support or provide business recommendations i.e. Performance Metrics What we do.
