What You’ll Do:

- Perform full-service vehicle detailing (interior and exterior) at client locations- Follow strict checklists and procedures - Maintain a clean, respectful work environment and properly handle all tools

What We’re Looking For:

- Clean driving record - Strong attention to detail and personal accountability- Great communication skills with customers and team leads- Able to work independently and solve problems on the fly- Willingness to upsell when appropriate (bonuses available)

Pay Structure That Rewards Your Hustle

• Start Strong: Earn $13/hour during hands-on training as you learn the ropes and get certified. Typically 2-4 weeks

• Level Up Fast: Once certified, you’ll move to a flat-rate pay system where your earning power is in your hands.

• Work efficiently and you’ll average $18.75/hr or more, with top performers hitting $30+/hr.

• Plus Tips: Keep 100% of cash tips and 60% of digital tips your service pays off.
