Multi-Site Community Manager Position Available at Hillcrest Terrace Apartments and Kirkland Ave Townhomes in Renton, WA - Excellent Career Opportunity.

We currently have an opening for an experienced full time Multi-Site Community Manager at Hillcrest Terrace Apartments and Kirkland Ave Townhomes in Renton, WA. We are looking for a remarkable person who will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our properties. We offer:
$32 - $34 per hour- Full time employees earn 152 Hours or 19 days of PTO per year with the ability to carry over up to 80 hours a year. Increased PTO after 6 and 9 consecutive years with Allied Residential.

Requirements:
Minimum two years of prior apartment management experience.- Assistant management experience may be considered
- HUD/Tax Credit/LIHTC experience
- HOME and VA experience required
- Great customer service, leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Proficiency with general office software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Understanding and experience of LIHTC program
- Experience Yardi accounting software preferred
- Well-rounded apartment management skill set
- Positive attitude and willingness to participate in a team environment
- Consistent work history and verifiable references
- Ability to pass drug/background and reference check
- Valid driver's license.
Managing 78 Senior and Multi-Family units between both properties.
