Salary Range - SGD 6000 - SGD 6500

Job Brief

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Murex L2 Support Specialist to join our client's team.

In this role, you will help keep the Murex system running smoothly. You will fix issues, support users, and make sure everything works well every day.

This is a 12-month contract role with a leading client. It is a great chance to grow your skills in a fast-paced and global work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for the Murex system
• Solve system issues quickly and clearly
• Monitor daily system performance
• Support trade lifecycle processes
• Work on products like FX, Rates, Equities, Commodities, and Credit
• Handle incidents using tools like ServiceNow or Jira
• Work with teams to fix problems and improve systems
• Support workflows, Datamart, and interfaces (Market Data, Payments, SWIFT)
• Manage batch jobs and system configurations
• Follow best practices like ITIL (if known)

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Murex support (L2)
• Good knowledge of trade lifecycle and capital markets
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Basic experience in:
• Unix / Linux
• SQL / Oracle database
• Shell scripting
• Experience with Murex workflows and interfaces
• Familiar with tools like ServiceNow or Jira
• Good English communication skills
• Mandarin language skills are a plus
