Contract Term: Long Term/Permanent Role ongoing
Start Date: Mid March 2026
Pay: From $35-45 per hour plus super and leave entitlements depending on experience and qualifications

A loving family based in Langwarrin,VIC are seeking a professional, loving nanny to provide attentive and engaging care for their 20-month-old and 3-year-old boys.

Days and Hours

Days Hours:

• Monday 8.00am - 4.30pm
• Tuesday 7.30am - 4.30pm
• Wednesday 8.00am- 4.30pm
• Thursday 8.00am -4.30pm
• Friday 7.30am -4.30pm

Hours can be slightly flexible for the right candidate
Eldest child attends kinder for 4 hours, 3 days per week

Typical Day

• Assist with morning routine (finish breakfast, brush teeth, get dressed).
• On Tuesdays and Fridays, drop the eldest child at Kinder.
• Other mornings include preparing snacks/lunch and attending activities such as Kindergym, Playgroup, Music, indoor play centres, shopping or playground outings.
• Prepare children s snacks and lunches (Youngest is dairy-free)
• Quiet activity for the eldest child while the youngest one naps
• Play with the eldest child during nap time may include cooking preparation, baking, or educational activities.
• Afternoon snack and indoor/outdoor or structured play.
• Where possible, prepare dinner for a 5:00 pm family mealtime.
• Tidy lounge room before finishing at 4.30 pm.

Household Duties

Children are the priority however where possible, assistance with:

• Tidying up after the children
• Unloading/loading Dishwasher
• Children s laundry
• Meal planning children s lunches
• Taking children on fun errands (can recycling, supermarket, Kmart, Bunnings etc.)

Ideal Nanny:

The family is seeking someone who will feel like an extension of the family another Aunty.
They are looking for someone who is:

• Playful, energetic and hands-on
• Happy to be silly and actively engage in imaginative play
• Supportive of creative and educational activities
• Outdoorsy and comfortable with water play and messy play
• Kind, nurturing and genuinely invested in the children s wellbeing

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years experience as a nanny or in childcare related role
• Childcare qualifications preferred but not necessary
• Current First Aid CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain)
• Current Working With Children Check
• Full driver s licence with a clean driving record (Family car provided)
• Strong English communication skills
• Non-smoking
• Comfortable with large dogs (Great Dane x Lab, approximately 50kg)

Additional Information
Mother works fully remotely from home in a separate office space with good separation from the children.
Father works from home approximately one day per week (changes each week).
