Field Merchandiser – Represent P&G in H-E-B Stores

Marco is expanding across Texas and we’re looking for reliable, independent Field Merchandisers to represent Procter & Gamble in H-E-B retail stores.

This is active, on-your-feet work. You’ll be responsible for making sure P&G products are properly stocked, merchandised, and looking their best on the shelves. You’ll work independently, manage your own route, and play a direct role in how one of the world’s biggest brands shows up in stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain P&G merchandising standards and planograms

• Keep shelves stocked and product displays organized

• Monitor stock levels and report store conditions

• Complete visit reports and photo documentation through our mobile app

What We’re Looking For:

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Comfortable with physical work (standing, bending, lifting, walking stores)

• Reliable transportation and a smartphone with data plan

• Flexible availability during store hours

• No prior experience required — full training provided

What You’ll Get:

• $18 per hour

• Monthly car allowance

• Phone allowance

• Flexible part-time schedule (typically one visit per store per week)

This is a 12-week assignment with potential for extension based on performance.
