Office Administrator

Office Administrator (Part-Time) – Growing Plumbing Company
Hours: 1–2 days per week (with potential to grow)

Are you organised, reliable, and looking for a flexible part-time role in a friendly and growing business?

We’re a busy and expanding plumbing company looking for a proactive Office Administrator to join our small team. The role is currently part-time (1–2 days per week), with the potential for hours to increase as the business continues to grow.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and sending invoices
  • Tracking payments and ensuring invoices are paid on time
  • Cross-checking invoices with materials and completed jobs
  • Issuing PO numbers to plumbers
  • Paying suppliers
  • General admin tasks and data entry
  • Keeping accurate records and assisting with day-to-day office duties

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Basic accounting or admin experience preferred
  • Comfortable using computers and software (Excel, email, invoicing platforms)
