Office Administrator

Aqua Fire Prevention Ltd is looking for an experienced, mature person to join our team to carry out admin in a very busy office space, to look after the reception and process invoices and certs and also look after any queries or call outs from a large number of customers.

· Good communication skills are necessary.

· Good computer skills are necessary.

· Previous experience Necessary (Although all training will be supplied)

· Working for a small extremely busy company.

· Reception.

· Canteen and supplies for Office.

· Processing Invoices/Credit Notes & Certs.

· Customer service.

· Managing the team and allocating work and call outs to be carried out in a timely manner.

· Organising surveys and processing quotes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €28,000.00-€36,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
