Office Administrator / PA/Marketing Executive
Job description

We are looking for a full-time office administrator to assist with the management and continued growth of a busy financial accountancy practice located on the edge of Cork City. The successful candidate will be an energetic, self-motivated and data-oriented individual.

Duties
- Front of office duties
- PA Responsibility to managing director
- Documentation management throughout the organisation
- Update and maintain CRM system
- Implement and maintain systems quality control measures (SOPs)
- Project assistance as required including the preparation of letters, PowerPoint presentations, infographics and business publications
- Supporting staff members with day-to-day tasks and answering telephone calls
- Manage inventory and purchasing for practice
- Provide comprehensive administration support to the senior management team
- Liaise with external IT support
- Manage social media channels including company website
- Liaise with external marketing support
- Be flexible in the role and provide general administrative support as required from time-to-time
- Manage email campaigns
Requirements
- A relevant third level qualification with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of Previous experience in administration or PA role
- Competent in MS Office and diary management
- Book-keeping and marketing skills desirable but not essential
- Team player with excellent project management, communication, organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Education
- BA/BS diploma in business administration, human resources, or related discipline preferred
- Excellent oral/written communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Experience
- Administrative: 3 years (preferred)
- A relevant third level qualification with minimum of 2 to 3 years, communications and practical experience in an office environment
- A team player with excellent project management, communication, organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- The ability to develop and maintain relationships with all relevant stakeholders.
- Carry out relevant research and present findings at team meetings using Microsoft Power point
- Experience in a similar role.
- Formal relevant qualifications desirable but not essential.
