The Company

OIC Cleaning was established in 1982 by Frank McEwen, initially as a commercial cleaning specialist. Since that time, the company has continued to grow and currently has over 180 employees, remaining one of the largest and most successful Irish Family-owned cleaning contractors’ company in Leinster.

Purpose of the Role

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant to Office Manager on a Part-time Contract. This role is reporting to the Office Manager and assist day to day Office admin duties.

Main duties include but are not limited to:

· Support all aspects of day to day running of business providing administration support to Managing Director, General Manager, Office/HR & Quality Manager, Accounts, Sales & Marketing, Client Services Managers and Industrial Departments

· Work with various departments within the company ensuring compliance with the ISO Quality Management System requirements and audit requirements

· Accounts – raise purchase orders, ensure Purchase Orders are issued for all orders and follow up regarding the relevant PODs, assist the Accounts Manager when requested

· Weekly scheduling – completing the various weekly schedules ensuring all details are correct and any anomalies are highlighted to the relevant Managers

· Update Connecteam system assisting all Managers to ensure that data is accurate and up to date.

· Provide support and guidance on our Connecteam system (training will be provided).

· Office Administration including assisting on Issuing of quotations, follow up phone calls, get written confirmations, new account forms completed

· Assisting Industrial Manager with scheduling jobs, operatives and client communication

· Other duties as required

Senior Office Administration experience

Min 1 years experience

Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Excel

Knowledge of Sage an advantage

Excellent Organisational Skills

Job Type: Part-time 20/25 hours a week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday - afternoon shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Rosemount Business Park, Dublin 11, CO. Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: €15.00-€15.50 per hour
