Office Coordinator

Brown & Carlson, P.A. is looking to add a full time Office Coordinator to its team! Job duties include: opening and closing legal files, accounts payable, some client communication, work with e-billing sites, office supply inventory/ordering, and some receptionist work, including managing incoming and outgoing mail.

Strong attention to detail a must. Prior work in an office environment a plus.

Must have a high school diploma, college degree a plus.

We offer competitive wages based on experience along with medical & dental benefits and a competitive 401(k) plan. Possibility of 1-2 days of remote work per week following training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
