About the role
As our new Office Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our Amsterdam Studio, the person who keeps everything running seamlessly and everyone feeling welcome. Working on-site two days per week, you’ll help create a space where creativity thrives and the day-to-day runs like clockwork.
You’ll be the first friendly face people see when they walk through the door and the go-to person for all things operational. From greeting clients and answering calls to coordinating meeting rooms and managing bookings for WPP spaces, you’ll keep things organised and efficient. Your days will be full of variety: arranging couriers, taxis, and travel; ordering catering; keeping the kitchen stocked; and making sure our studio looks its best.
You’ll also bring thoughtful touches to studio life, whether that’s flowers for a new starter, support for team away-days, or a hand in planning celebrations and wellbeing initiatives. Your work helps set the tone for the whole studio, creating a warm, welcoming environment that keeps our team energised, connected, and proud of where they work.
Able to communicate effectively in Dutch, both verbally and in writing, and experience in a creative agency or studio environment will help you hit the ground running.
About you
You’re naturally warm, approachable, and proactive, and someone who takes real pride in making things run smoothly. You love helping others and know how to bring calm and order, even when things get busy. With clear, professional communication skills in English (and ideally Dutch), you’re someone people can rely on and trust.
You’re organised, detail-oriented, and great at juggling multiple priorities and always noticing what needs doing before being asked. You bring positivity, initiative, and a solutions-first attitude to everything you do, rolling up your sleeves when needed and going the extra mile to support your team. Discretion and integrity come naturally to you, and you represent Design Bridge and Partners with warmth and professionalism at all times.
