Office Coordinator
32-40 hours, Zoetermeer
At Vortex, we are experts in water attractions, from splash pads to water slides, creating unforgettable water experiences. Our mission is to let people enjoy water in a carefree, safe, and playful way. Personal attention and excellent service are very important to us. We offer complete solutions, from design to implementation and maintenance, to fully support our clients.

What will you do?
As the Office Coordinator, you are the heart of our office. You ensure everything runs smoothly, support the team where needed, and act as the first point of contact for colleagues, visitors, and suppliers. Thanks to you, the organization stays structured and organized.

Your tasks include:
  • Professionally answering phone calls and emails.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Welcoming visitors and ensuring a hospitable atmosphere.
  • Ordering and managing office supplies and facilities.
  • Preparing meetings (agenda, arranging lunch or coffee).
  • Supporting administrative tasks such as filing and invoicing.
  • Assisting with small HR tasks, like welcoming new colleagues or organizing birthdays.
  • Ensuring the office is always tidy, organized, and inviting.
Requirements
You are someone who enjoys having an overview, can switch tasks quickly, and finds satisfaction in helping others. Additionally:
  • You have an MBO (secondary vocational) level of work and thinking and are available at least 32 hours per week.
  • You are enthusiastic, friendly, and customer oriented.
  • You speak and write Dutch and English well. German is a plus.
  • You are structured, independent, and have strong communication skills.
  • You think in solutions and have a flexible mindset.
  • You have basic computer skills and knowledge of digital calendars (such as Outlook and Teams).
